Shipping, Exchange and Return Policies
All merchandise is shipped using USPS standard delivery. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as the items are available, generally 3-5 business days after payment. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays.
Go Kismet is excited to be partnering with USPS and Fedex for your international shipping needs. International shipping rates, including duties, taxes, are calculated at checkout automatically with complete shipment tracking for all international orders. If you have selected international shipping at checkout, your order total will be guaranteed and you will not be charged any additional fees at delivery. At this time, we offer two international shipping services: Standard (10 to 14 business days) or Express (5 to 7 business days). Please note: Business days exclude weekends. We are unable to cover return shipping costs for international orders, and we cannot facilitate exchanges for international orders.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate you. We cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel an order once it has been shipped.
For refused packages that are returned to Go Kismet, we charge a 15% restocking fee. If you decide to refuse a shipment from us, you are still responsible for the original shipping charges, taxes and/or customs charges that incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package; this amount will be subtracted from the refund upon receipt of the returned package. If the cost of the shipping and taxes exceeds the cost of the merchandise, your credit card will be charged those additional fees that are incurred for the refused package.
Change of Address
Occasionally, customers enter an incorrect address at checkout. If you have made an error, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot guarantee that the change can be made and we cannot change the address after it has shipped.
Return to Sender
The customer is responsible for charges incurred when packages are marked "return to sender" and returned back to us as undeliverable. If an error in the shipping address is the cause of the package to be returned, there will be a charge to resend the package to the corrected address. Please review your shipping address carefully before you submit your order.
Sales tax is only charged to orders shipped within the state of California
Lost or Stolen Packages in Transit
Go Kismet is not responsible for damages that may occur to merchandise during shipping, including merchandise that is lost in transit. We suggest sending returns to us with proof of delivery. Go Kismet is not responsible for damages that may occur during care for merchandise, including but not limited to washing, drying and/or dry cleaning.
You can return any eligible item within 14 days from the date the package was delivered. Return shipping and handling fees require paid shipping from the sender. The customer will receive a full refund for the cost of the item (s) to the original form of payment. If returning a gift, you can choose to receive a Go Kismet credit. All merchandise returns must be shipped with the initial tags attached in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com and put ITEM RETURN in the subject line of the email.
