Designer Handmade Vest In a fresh floral pattern in red and navy. Round neck piped navy white stripe as is all finished seams. The colorful print side uses covered buttons down the front. Flattering cut emphasizes the figure. Arm openings have a modest flare accentuating the waist. The quality and craftsmanship are exceptional. Feel free to flip the vest and wear with the stripe side out. Note, there are no button closures for the other side.
