This clever top is designed as a cropped jacket with a flounced skirt mixed between cream quilted fabric and a tropical floral print. An "Island Vibe" is present and would look cute with shorts and flip flops in the summer.  Full standard collar wlith a wide button down front placket. The design focuses on a layered flounced body mixed between floral and cotton quilting, comfortable and easy fit.  Drop shoulder hosts a balloon sleeve mixed between the floral and quilted fabric. Jacket has an  A-line fit in quilted fabric with raw edge detail pointed floral pattern.

Jacket is sized Small - Large, and with all of POL's designs; oversized.  If you like a more fitted top, scale down one size. However you like it, this jacket is so comfortable and cozy. Soft and loose.
